The Service is operated by an independent developer registered in Spain (the “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation). Contact: hello@skinhunter.online.

Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time of signup, and the page it came from. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Purpose: to notify you about access to the Service and, occasionally, material product updates. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their marketing.

Technical data: our hosting providers process standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and delivery of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating the site securely.

We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies on this site.

The site is hosted on Vercel; the waitlist database is hosted on Railway. Both act as processors on our behalf and may process data in the EU and/or the United States under standard contractual clauses.

Waitlist emails are kept until you withdraw or until the waitlist purpose is fulfilled and a reasonable period has passed, after which they are deleted. You can withdraw at any time (see below), and we delete your email on request.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, email hello@skinhunter.online. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
